  Installation of STB with optimum signal levels, educate customer on services, (premium channels/packages) and CPE.  Review literature with customer and demonstrate VOD services.  Program and demonstrate remote control functions.

   

• High Speed Internet Installations

  Install Modem with optimum signal levels, test connectivity for proper speed and performance, configuration and demonstration of email accounts, security software, etc.   Educate customer on HSI service, CPE, and/or home network.

   

• Digital Phone Installations

  Install eMTA with optimum signal levels, tone and test continuity of all phone wiring/jacks, update (NID) network interface device to accommodate installation of digital phone, install exterior NID when applicable. 

   

• Security/Home Automation

  Perform site survey and initial customer consultation, installation of all security/home automation products, customer education on all installed products.

   

• Underground Drop Bury

  Using state of the art equipment, we perform drop buries to required depths - sidewalk, driveway and road boring and site restoration.

   

• Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) pre/post wiring

  With several years of experience, our custom wiring team can cover all jobs, large or small.

   

• Audit

  Verify proper level of service, add/remove traps and report findings as necessary.

   

• Storm Damage

  Our team can provide a drop replace/repair crew at a moment’s notice.

   

• Disconnects/Non-Pays

  Disconnect drop, terminate tap port, tag and record as necessary.
